The purpose of the Alba Method Association is four-fold:

• Protect the integrity of the Alba Method*,

• Ensure quality in the teaching of the Alba Method*,​

• Ensure that the Alba Method* is taught ethically and safely, and

• Support, promote and facilitate the dissemination of the Alba Method* by Certified AMA Teachers.
